Who counts as a user?Every account that can log in counts as one, including the admin. A crew member with an app account counts too. Suspended accounts don’t count, and vendors in your vendor database aren’t accounts.

BillingAll plans are billed in US dollars (USD) and renew automatically each month. Listed prices include tax; for users in Taiwan, the 5% sales tax is already included and not charged on top (collected and filed by Paddle).
CancellationYou may cancel anytime. After cancellation, service continues until the end of the current period; no separate refund is issued.
