Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are entered into between you (the "User") and Everywhere-Design LTD.(Chinese name: 十方室所有限公司, Taiwan Unified Business Number 53694183; collectively "the Company", "we"), a company incorporated in Taiwan.

The Service (Everywhere Design) provides interior design firms with professional tools including project schedules, shift management, a vendor database and QC tracking.

2. Account and Subscription

Using the Service requires creating a company account. You must ensure that you:

Provide accurate and up-to-date company information and contact details
Safeguard your account password and do not allow unauthorized persons to use it
Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account

3. Free Trial Terms

Trial terms:

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial from the date of creation
Full feature access is granted during the trial
An email reminder is sent 7 days before the trial ends
If no paid plan is subscribed after the trial ends, the account enters a locked state
Data is retained for 30 days during the locked state, and use resumes immediately upon subscribing
No credit card information is required for the trial

4. Pricing Plans

After the trial ends, you may choose one of the following plans to continue (prices in US dollars, billed monthly):

5. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Apple App Store subscriptions:

Subscriptions auto-renew 24 hours before the end of each billing period
To cancel, go to App Store "Subscriptions" settings at least 24 hours before the billing period ends
After cancellation, the subscription remains valid until the end of the current billing period, with normal use during that time
Request refunds from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com)

Google Play subscriptions:

Manage subscriptions on the Google Play "Subscriptions" page
Request refunds from Google (play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions)

Web subscription via Paddle:

Payment for subscriptions made through this website is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as Merchant of Record on our behalf; Paddle handles billing, currency conversion, taxes, refunds and payment-related customer support.
By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice.
You may cancel anytime by logging into your account; after cancellation, the subscription remains valid until the end of the current period
Refunds are handled per the Service's Refund Policy (14-day unconditional full refund)

6. Data Ownership

All data you enter into the Service (project schedules, vendor information, employee data, etc.) belongs to your company. We will not use your business data for any purpose other than operating the Service. You may request to export or delete your data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain a service availability of 99% or higher, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, network failures, etc.).

8. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

Access another company's account data without authorization
Attempt to crack, reverse-engineer or interfere with the operation of the system
Use the Service for any illegal activity
Share account login credentials with unrelated persons

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect losses, data loss or business interruption arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Significant changes will be notified by email 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute shall be subject to the Taipei District Court, Taiwan, as the court of first instance.
