Delete Account & Data

1. Open the Everywhere Design app and sign in.
2. Go to “Settings → Account”.
3. Tap “Delete account” (members) or “Delete company” (admins). Deleting a company as an admin also removes all of that company’s members and data.
4. Confirm on screen to submit the deletion request.

If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected]with the subject “Delete account” and the email address you registered with so we can verify your identity. We will process the request once received.

When your account is deleted, the following personal data associated with it is removed:

• Account info: name, email, password (stored encrypted)
• Check-in location records (GPS coordinates)
• Quality-control photos
• Business data you created or entered (projects, schedules, to-dos, vendors, expenses, etc.)
• Activity and login logs

After deletion, all personal data is permanently erased from our systems within 30 days.

Where required by law, tax rules, or abuse prevention, certain necessary records (e.g. transaction invoices and payment receipts) may be retained for the statutory period and deleted thereafter. Subscription payments are handled by the Apple App Store / Google Play; their transaction records are subject to each platform’s policies.
