Refund Policy

1. Free Trial Period

The Service offers a 30-day free trial with full feature access and no credit card required. If no paid plan is subscribed after the trial ends, the account is automatically suspended, and data is retained for 30 days for export.

2. Subscription Refunds — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us by email within 14 days of payment and we will provide a full refund, for any reason, no questions asked.

We will respond and initiate the refund within 3 business days. Funds are returned via the original payment method and, depending on your card issuer, typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

3. Apple App Store In-App Purchase Refunds

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, refund requests must be submitted to Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.comor use the App Store's "Request a Refund" feature. See Apple's official documentation for Apple's refund policy.

4. Google Play In-App Purchase Refunds

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, refund requests must be submitted to Google. Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions to manage your subscription and refunds.

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Plan Downgrades

You may downgrade to a lower plan at any time. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle; no prorated refund is provided for the already-paid period.

7. Account Cancellation

After cancelling a subscription, you may continue using the Service until the end of the current billing period. After the account expires, data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

8. Payment Dispute Assistance

If you have any questions or concerns about a subscription charge, we would like to help you first at [email protected], and we promise to respond to every email with genuine care. The 14-day full-refund guarantee applies to all plans and does not require going through a dispute process.

9. Notice of Price Changes

The Service reserves the right to adjust subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated to subscribers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes agreement to the new pricing; if you do not accept the new pricing, you may cancel before it takes effect.
