The questions our customers ask most, to help you get to know Everywhere Design quickly.
Everywhere Design is a project- and field-management system built for interior design firms and construction teams. It combines shift scheduling, GPS check-in, QC site photos, a vendor database, to-do lists and monthly attendance reports in one app for iOS, Android and Web.
Solo designers, design studios and firms of 2–6 people, and construction companies that need to track contractor attendance and on-site quality.
With Excel and LINE groups, information is scattered across messages and files and you have to remember it or scroll back to find it. Everywhere Design keeps scheduling, check-ins, QC photos, vendors and to-dos in one place, synced in real time, so the site and the office always see the latest status — and you can export reports with one tap at month-end.
Yes — a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Decide whether to subscribe after the trial.
Plans are based on team size — see the Pricing page. You can change plans or cancel your subscription anytime, on your own.
Not immediately. After the trial ends, the account enters a 30-day grace period — data is retained but features are locked. If you still have not subscribed after 30 days, the data is then permanently deleted. We send an email notice 3 days before the grace period ends.
iOS, Android and Web, with data synced in real time — use your phone on site and your computer at the office.
The core features are the same. The app additionally offers GPS check-in (which requires location permission), while the web version is better suited for scheduling and report work in the office.
Yes. The interface is designed with large text and few steps. Crew can log in with a phone number, and text size can be enlarged in the app. Checking in and viewing the day's schedule take just one or two taps — no complex operations to learn.
Yes. An admin can create an account with just a phone number, and the crew member sets their own password on first login.
Staff check in when they arrive on site; the system records the time and location automatically, and you can export a monthly attendance PDF with one tap.
Take or upload site photos for each project and file them by work item. All photos are kept under the project, so you can look back at the record for any work item anytime — giving you evidence for inspections and communication.
Yes. There is no limit on the number of sites — every plan can create unlimited sites. The home screen shows each site's latest activity and upcoming todos.
Centrally manage your vendors' contact details (phone, contact person, category) and payment info such as bank accounts, instead of scattering them across phone contacts and sticky notes. They're always there when you need them, and nothing is lost when someone hands over.
Yes. Create to-dos for each site with due dates, and the system reminds you before they're due. Overdue to-dos are flagged too, so important steps don't slip through.
At month-end, you can compile each employee's attendance records (check-in times, locations and days on site) with one tap and export them as a PDF — making it easy to calculate hours and process payroll.
A manager can suspend the account in Employee Management. Once suspended, that employee can no longer log in, but all historical records (check-ins, schedules, QC) are fully retained and remain searchable.
Each company currently includes 1 GB of photo storage. If you need more space, get in touch and we can adjust it for you.
All data is encrypted and stored in the cloud with a multi-tenant isolation architecture, so different companies' data is fully separated and inaccessible to one another.
